Our Services

Casa Linnea is complying with technical conditions and quality requirements for house renting assigned by the Registry of Tourism of Andalusia (CR/MA/01532)


Our home is a beautifully renovated townhouse located in a quiet street close to the plaza, the shops, bars and restaurants in the friendly white village of Canillas de Albaida.

This elegant and spacious townhouse is approx 150 m2 and it is distributed over several levels with a  large open plan kitchen/dining room, 2 double bedrooms and one bedroom/TV room with 2 single beds.

The house is divided into two parts providing more privacy for family members or the bigger group of people. You will reach the other side of the house through the Andalusian central patio or through the summer kitchen that is situated on the rooftop, between two private roof terraces.

From the 2 spacious roof terraces, there are views of the Mediterranean, the stunning Axarquia countryside, mountains and the rooftops of Canillas de Albaida. These two terraces are to place for relaxing, lounging, barbecuing and entertaining with friends and family whilst enjoying the good life in Spain!

 Canillas de Albaida is a perfect place to spend some peaceful days and discover the culture and beautiful landscapes and experience a real taste of Spain. With four excellent restaurants, one centred on the pretty plaza, a couple of minutes from our house where you can enjoy the gastronomy of the region. Several local shops are nearby for your daily needs and larger supermarkets are a short drive away.

The natural park of Sierra Tejeda, Almijara and Alhama start on our doorstep and it offers spectacular scenery with hiking tracks, tracks for mountain biking and scenic drives on many Pueblos Blancos of the Axarquia region to explore. The Axarquia region of Andalucia is great to visit any time of year, spring and autumn being the best for walking in the hills on the many paths and trails.

The rental fee is 95 € per night,
The low season fee (Oct-Mar) is 85 €  -
50% of the fee will be paid upon booking. 
Mandatory cleaning, 85 €  after the stay is not included in the rental fee and is to be paid separately.
Long-term (max 45 days) rent is possible during the low season (Oct-March). The small dog's stay is negotiable.

Cancellation policy*:

The rental fee, over 15 days prior to the arrival, will be refunded by 50%.

The rental fee; 14-0 days prior to the arrival will not be refunded.

Public Pool

Big and clean public pool just 250 meters away (life-guarded). The average cost (price can vary/season) is 2 euros per day/adult and 1 euro per day/child and you can leave the pool for example for lunch and come back with the same ticket. It opens around the 20th of June and closes around the 7th of September (depending on the school vacation in Spain). The pool area also has a bar/restaurant.



The house has a supermarket, the best fish shop in the area, a bakery and a few restaurants just behind the corner. Parking place (public parking and street parking) very close by. 

One of the most remarkable aspects of Canillas de Albaida is its unspoiled traditional ambience. As you wander through its narrow, winding streets, lined with whitewashed houses adorned with vibrant flower pots, you can't help but feel transported back in time. The village has managed to preserve its Moorish heritage, evident in its architecture and layout, creating a timeless atmosphere that exudes tranquillity and authenticity.

Other nearby towns of Canillas de Albaida, within 10km: Árchez, Compéta, Salares, Sedella, Arenas, Sayalonga, Canillas de Aceituno, Algarrobo, Frigiliana, Torrox.
