Casa Linnea - Traditional Andalusian  Townhouse

 Our home is a beautifully renovated townhouse located in a quiet street close to the plaza, the shops, bars and restaurants in the friendly white village of Canillas de Albaida.

This elegant and spacious townhouse is approx 150 m2 and it is distributed over several levels with a  large open plan kitchen/dining room, 2 double bedrooms and one bedroom/TV room with 2 single beds.

The house is divided into two parts providing more privacy for family members or the bigger group of people. You will reach the other side of the house through the Andalusian central patio or through the summer kitchen that is situated on the rooftop, between two private roof terraces.

From the 2 spacious roof terraces, there are views of the Mediterranean, the stunning Axarquia countryside, mountains and the rooftops of Canillas de Albaida. These two terraces are to place for relaxing, lounging, barbecuing and entertaining with friends and family whilst enjoying the good life in Spain!

 Canillas de Albaida is a perfect place to spend some peaceful days and discover the culture and beautiful landscapes and experience a real taste of Spain. With four excellent restaurants, one centred on the pretty plaza, a couple of minutes from our house where you can enjoy the gastronomy of the region. Several local shops are nearby for your daily needs and larger supermarkets are a short drive away.

The natural park of Sierra Tejeda, Almijara and Alhama start on our doorstep and it offers spectacular scenery with hiking tracks, tracks for mountain biking and scenic drives on many Pueblos Blancos of the Axarquia region to explore. The Axarquia region of Andalusia is great to visit any time of year, spring and autumn being the best for walking in the hills on the many paths and trails.
