Our elegant and spacious townhouse is approx 150 m2 and it is distributed over several levels with a large open plan kitchen/dining room, 2 double bedrooms and one bedroom/TV room with 2 single beds.
The house is divided into two parts providing more privacy for family members or the bigger group of people. You will reach the other side of the house through the Andalusian central patio or through the summer kitchen that is situated on the rooftop, between two private roof terraces.
From the 2 spacious roof terraces, there are views of the Mediterranean, the stunning Axarquia countryside, mountains and the rooftops of Canillas de Albaida. These two terraces are to place for relaxing, lounging, barbecuing and entertaining with friends and family whilst enjoying the good life in Spain!

Together with my friends, we worked remotely and rested for a month in this wonderful house.We were charmed by the peaceful nature, artistic and fully equipped apartment and extremely caring hosts.The house is architecturally very interesting. It combines traditional atmosphere with sophisticated, artistic accessories. We felt like at home in which we would like to live. We were impressed with how well-equipped the home was, there was everything we could need to live there, relax and work. The Internet is perfect for work, even for a few people who have zoom meetings at the same time.What charmed us the most it was the terrace where you can sit with wine and listen to the fantastic singing of birds.

Just to climb along Canillas' alleys up to the old Chapel will make anyones heart beat a little bit more. My family and I spent 11 days in Casa Linnea in July in Canillas de Albaida, Spain, and it was spectacular. The village provided a perfect backdrop for a memorable and relaxing vacation.
The house was wonderful—clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The exceptional renovation and still Spanish-vibe decor made us feel immersed in the local culture, and the kitchen allowed us to prepare delicious meals with fresh ingredients from nearby markets.
The stunning terrace was a highlight. We spent hours there enjoying breathtaking views of the mountains and the village. It was an ideal spot for morning thee and evening wine.
Canillas de Albaida is a picturesque village with narrow streets and friendly locals. We loved exploring the area, discovering hidden gems, and enjoying tapas in the village square. The nearby Sierra Tejeda and Almijara Natural Park offered great hiking opportunities, with beautiful landscapes and well-marked trails. We also appreciated the presence of the local public swimming-pool, just a few 100 meters below. Not crowdy at all and delicious food and drinks from Oscar, the restaurant next to the pool.
Iia and her husband were incredibly welcoming, providing valuable tips to enhance our stay. Their attention to detail made us feel at home. They even had the fridge filled with some food, what was very nice since we arrived late in the evening.
Overall, our stay in Canillas de Albaida was a perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and cultural immersion. We left with wonderful memories and can't wait to return! If you're looking for a serene escape in Spain, Casa Linnea is the perfect choice.

This is an atypical house in two parts. We all loved it and our kids (9 to 16) loved it because of its originality. Pia was concerned about our smooth stay despite the fact that she was not on the premises. How the house works, recommendations for walks or restaurants were well detailed to us. The municipal swimming pool is nearby open from noon to 8 p.m. (for a fee), a very pretty village with its very welcoming and always smiling inhabitants. A good friendly and tastful discovery at Oscar's restaurant next to the pool The house is very nicely decorated with a terrace with great views. We recommend it without hesitation and even more if you are hiking enthusiasts. Thank you
