Here are our TOP favourite things to do

Cyclemalaga is based in the village of Competa. They deliver bicycles directly to our house. You can hire high-quality carbon and aluminium road bikes / racing bikes & mountain bikes allowing you to explore the stunning countryside around the white villages of Competa, Canillas de Albaida, Archez, Sayalonga, Canillas de Aceituno and Frigiliana to name but a few, as well as experience the coastal towns of Nerja, Torrox, Torre del Mar, Rincon de la Victoria and of course Malaga.

Big and clean public pool just 250 m away (life-guarded). The average cost is 2 euro per day/adult and 1 euro per day/child and you can leave the pool for example for lunch and come back with the same ticket. Opens around 20th of June and closes around 7th of September (depending on school vacation in Spain). The pool area has also a bar.

Go for horseback riding!
An Andalusian man without his horse is like a matador without a cape...There are numerous places to hire horses. Farms, riding schools, hotels and small stables offer a wide range of horses ranging from solid local Andalucian horses to stunning white stallions with tumbling manes.

Listen to the live concert in Canillas de Albaida (Plaza or a local restaurant)! They normally place the leaflets at the restaurant walls - or just ask them: Restaurant Posada La Plaza/Canillas de Albaida, El Pampano/Competa, El Fogón Del Pibe/Canillas de Albaida, Bar Cerezo/Canillas de Albaida, Plaza/Competa.
